The QNUK Level 2 Award in Preventing Violence in the Workplace (RQF) was developed after the review of the Conflict resolution and personal safety.

This new qualification does not involve any contact with aggressors and is therefore aimed at those that may need to deal with aggressive individuals but are unlikely to face violence as a significant risk.
